Handover sets the start of the guarantees and triggers the final payment. The reservations table is therefore as much a legal document as a punch list: whatever is not on it at signing becomes hard to obtain later, and whatever is on it without a clearance date gets forgotten.
The workbook is deliberately flat: one row per item checked, one column for the clearance date. That is the format you can sort, filter on open reservations, and bring to the next meeting as is, without reformatting.
