What's the difference with a classic PDF to DXF converter?
Classic converters wrap the PDF image inside a DXF: you get a non-editable image. FloorScan rebuilds a real vector drawing - walls, doors, windows and rooms become CAD entities on separate layers that you can snap, dimension and edit.
Is the DXF at the right scale?
Yes. FloorScan restores the real scale (inferred from door widths, a visible scale, a known dimension or the total area) and exports in meters with $INSUNITS=6 - the plan has the right dimensions as soon as it opens in AutoCAD.
Can I also get DWG or Excel?
