Most so-called free plan converters ask for a credit card before you even see the result, or stamp the file with a watermark. FloorScan lets you process 10 plans a month with no card: you drop the document in, the AI analyses it, and you see everything it understood. Load-bearing walls and partitions detected with their thickness, doors and windows positioned, rooms rebuilt, named and measured in real square metres.
The analysed plan then feeds everything else: the editor to correct a detection, the measuring tool to take a distance or a free-form area in two clicks, and the CAD and spreadsheet exports, DXF, DWG, IFC, Excel and a PDF report, all produced from the same survey without reprocessing it. Do I need to give a credit card to start?
No. Creating the account takes an email address, nothing more, and the 10 monthly plans are available straight away. What each tier includes, free or paid, is set out on the Pricing page.
Is there a watermark on the files?
No. FloorScan never stamps a delivered file: a DXF, a DWG, an IFC model or an Excel produced by the platform come out clean, with no marking or note added into the geometry.
What happens beyond 10 plans in a month?
The counter resets the following month, and nothing is deleted in the meantime: the plans you already analysed stay accessible. If your pace exceeds that volume, the paid tiers go up to 150 plans a month, then unlimited. The full comparison is on the Pricing page.
