What you get without paying
Most so-called free floor plan converters ask for a credit card before you even see the result, or stamp the file with a watermark. FloorScan lets you analyze with no card and keep ten projects per module: you drop in the document, the AI analyzes it, and you see everything it understood. Load-bearing walls and partitions detected with their thickness, doors and windows positioned, rooms reconstructed, named and measured in real square metres.

Do I need to give a credit card to start?
No. Creating the account asks for an email address, nothing more, and analysis is available straight away. The free account keeps ten projects per module. The detail of every plan is on the Pricing page.
Is there a watermark on the files?
No. FloorScan never stamps a delivered file: a DXF, a DWG, an IFC model or an Excel produced by the platform come out clean, with no marking or note added into the geometry.
What happens beyond 10 saved projects?
Nothing is deleted: your projects stay accessible and you can remove one to free a slot. If your pace outgrows that volume, Essential goes to 25 projects per module, Pro to 150, Business to unlimited. The full comparison is on the Pricing page.
