There is a renovation price base as a starting point, adapted to the selected country, and every line is editable. It is not a supplier catalog with product references: if your estimating depends on one, keep yours and feed it with quantities.
Can a team work together?
Yes, projects are shared within a group, with members invited by email. Sharing happens project by project, which suits an estimating team as well as a practice that outsources occasionally.
Quantities then come from our AI takeoff software, which counts walls, openings and areas. Room-by-room areas come from our floor plan area calculator. Those quantities feed straight into a quote from a floor plan, line by line. The whole takeoff also goes out as a floor plan to Excel export for your own sheets.
