How does the free trial work?

Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is requested at checkout, nothing is charged during the trial, and billing starts when the 14 days end unless you cancel.

Is site tracking a separate subscription?

No. Site tracking and the facade module are included in the Pro and Business plans at no extra cost. They stay viewable from a free account, only their exports require a Pro plan.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes, at any time from your billing area. An upgrade takes effect immediately, a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens when I reach my project limit?

Your existing projects stay accessible and editable. To create a new one, delete a project or move up a plan. The limit is counted per module: analysis, takeoff and site tracking each have their own quota.

Are the displayed prices excluding tax?

Yes. The final amount and any VAT are calculated at checkout based on your country and status. EU companies can enter their intra-community VAT number.

Can I use FloorScan without paying?

Yes. The Free plan gives access to AI analysis, the plan editor and takeoff, keeping 10 projects per module. Exports are free to try during the 14-day trial of a paid plan, which you can cancel before any charge.

What does the yearly plan give me?

Two months free: the year is billed as 10 months instead of 12, on every plan. The features are exactly the same as monthly, only the payment rhythm changes. You can switch from monthly to yearly (or back) at any time from your billing area, and the time already paid is credited pro rata.
