Does it work without a connection?
Yes, entry happens in the browser and stays available as long as the tab lives. Upload to the server happens when the network comes back, and local data is merged with what is already stored.
Can it be used across several units?
That is in fact the main use: the module lives inside site tracking, where every unit carries its history, its condition report, its visit notices and its progress. A fifty-unit refurbishment is run just like a single one.
Does the PDF count as evidence?
It is a dated, photographed, occupant-signed document produced in the presence of both parties, which makes it a solid site record. Its exact legal weight depends on the lease framework and the country: if a tenancy dispute is at stake, have your template validated by your legal adviser.
