Site tracking starts on the plan, not in a spreadsheet
On a refurbishment site, information scatters across the paper plan, the progress spreadsheet, phone photos and the snag notebook. Everyone keeps their own version and the weekly summary eats half a day. FloorScan starts from the plan it already analyzed: every detected room becomes a tracking line, with its trade tasks, its status and its completion percentage.

Do I need to analyze a plan before using the site module?
No, but that is where the module pays off. You can create an empty site and enter rooms by hand. Starting from a plan analyzed by FloorScan, each detected room becomes a tracking line with its area, which removes re-entry and makes quantities reliable.
Does the module work on site, with no connection?
Yes. Everything you enter is written locally in the browser right away, then synced as soon as the connection is back. An indicator shows the sync state at all times and you can force a save in one click.
What documents can the module produce?
Move-in and move-out condition reports, occupant notices, progress reports, snag lists and a full export of the site data. The PDFs carry the project details and stay attached to the relevant unit's history.
