To be useful it must carry the company name and the client's, the exact nature of the works, the dates, the expected time window and a contact. The tear-off slip at the bottom is the reply: the tenant says whether they will be there, whether they leave a key, or whether they refuse.
On a whole building the hard part is not writing the letter, it is producing forty of them, each with the right name and number and no wrong date. That is why this tool takes a list pasted from a spreadsheet and returns a multi-page PDF, one notice per dwelling. Do I need an account?
No. The PDF is built in your browser and downloaded directly: nothing is sent to our servers, neither the tenants' names nor yours.
How many dwellings at once?
Fifty per PDF, which covers a stairwell or a small building. Beyond that, run it again, or use the site tracking module, which pulls them from the schedule and keeps track of who received what.
Can I add my logo?
Here the header writes the company and client names, without logos. Logos, a saved header and generation straight from a schedule are part of the site tracking module.
