FloorScan vs
MON-RDV : booking the appointment, or running the site?
MON-RDV does one hard thing well: getting a slot the resident confirms, and holding it. What remains is everything that happens once the door opens, and that is FloorScan's subject.
What MON-RDV does better
Booking by the resident themselves, with several booking modes, a Gantt view of gaps and overloads, and the automatic re-offering of a freed slot to another resident. FloorScan does none of that: with us, the slot is decided by the site manager and announced by the visit notice. If your problem is filling slots, MON-RDV is the tool for that subject.
What FloorScan adds
What happens behind the door
Entry condition report with photos and a works programme accepted line by line, waiver, reasoned refusal, furniture disclaimer, snagging: the documents that protect the contractor, signed on a tablet before leaving.
A tool for the contractor, not the landlord
You do not have to wait for the landlord to open a tool for the operation. A site manager creates their own site, imports their dwelling list and produces documents under their own header.
A free visit notice, right now
The visit notice generator is public, with no account: paste a stairwell's dwelling list and leave with one named notice per dwelling. The full module is then open for thirty days, with no card.

Switch in 3 steps
The two can coexist
If the landlord has already rolled out resident booking, keep it. The confirmed slots become your schedule, and FloorScan produces what comes next.
Carry the slots into the grid
One dwelling per row, one day per column: carrying a week of appointments over takes a few minutes with the brush, and the grid then serves as the memory for the rest of the job.
Validate the first day on a tablet
Every validated cell holds the trade, the date, the photo and the signed document. In the evening, the day's access rate reads off with nothing re-entered.
Migration FAQs
Can the tenant pick their own slot in FloorScan?
No, and that is a deliberate difference. The slot is set by the site manager in the schedule, then announced by the visit notice, whose reply slip lets the tenant say whether they will be in, will leave a key, or refuse. It is a paper round trip, not online booking.
Do you need the landlord's approval to use FloorScan?
No. It is a contractor's tool: you create the site, import your dwellings, print your documents. The landlord can be given read access if they want it, but nothing depends on them to get started.
