FloorScan vs
RéhAssistant : the landlord's side or the contractor's?
RéhAssistant is a client-side solution: it organises the exchange with the tenants of an operation. FloorScan is a contractor-side solution: it organises the day of the crew knocking on doors.
What RéhAssistant does better
The relationship with the tenant across the whole operation: an interface where they consult project information, ask questions, book an appointment and rate the work once it is done. That is client-side work, run on real social-landlord operations. FloorScan offers nothing of the kind: it has no tenant portal, and its client area is a read-only view for the landlord, not a place to talk with residents.
What FloorScan adds
The contractor waits for nobody
A client-side tool exists only if the landlord has rolled it out for the operation. Here, a site manager opens their own site on the day they need it, including on a contract where nobody rolled out anything.
The documents the contractor has to produce
Named visit notices, waivers, reasoned refusals, furniture disclaimers, condition reports, snagging reports: these are the papers that protect the contractor at final account, not the operation's communications.
A price you can read, no negotiation
The plans are on the pricing page, and the site tracking module is open for thirty days from account creation, with no card. There is no quotation and no committee to get through before trying it.

Switch in 3 steps
Stay on the side you are on
If the landlord has rolled out RéhAssistant, it stays: it is their tool. FloorScan sets up on the contractor's side, on the same site, without asking them for anything.
Start from the dwelling list
The file handed over by the landlord is enough: address, number, floor, occupant, phone numbers. The import merges duplicate rows caused by multiple numbers, so one dwelling stays one dwelling.
Produce the first week's notices
Paint the grid, pick a date, and the PDF comes out with one named notice per dwelling, under your header and the landlord's. It is the first deliverable and it lands on day one.
Migration FAQs
Does FloorScan have a tenant portal?
No. The tenant gets paper: the visit notice with its reply slip, and the documents they sign on the spot. The client area exists for the landlord and is read only, with a projection that carries neither the tenant's profile, nor their contact details, nor the signatures.
Can the landlord see progress?
Yes, read only. A client account gives access to the condition reports of their operation and to the decisions that are theirs to make, without ever going through the management interface or seeing the tenants' personal data. It is a reporting access, not a workstation.
